And after that they continued to dream:

* * *

A few days later the spend also their secret time on that little island.

After Palma painted again Palmina and she played a solo on her instrument for him they took their way back with their Peony Gondola.

Slowly the Peony Gondola moved towards the San Marco Place at this special night.

Left hand there is Giudecca Island and right hand there is Island Giorgio Maggiore.

Palmina hold Palma’s right hand and Palma could feel it. Both smiled and again the golden light was between them.

»Palma?«

»Hmm?«

»What do you think I would write to you if I would now send you a Letter Pigeon with happy new year greetings from my island?«

Palma smiled and took a sheet of paper and started to write and Palmina looked interested holding her lantern to give him light during he was writing.

»Giudecca Island, 31th December 1609, 23 p.m.

Dear Palma!

I am always thinking on you.
I want to ask you if you can send me a copy of your music score, your new creation…
I love your creations so much…«

Palma smiled as he wrote this.

»…I can’t wait to see you again after thousands of years.
Now I know it, I was your female Master Scholar as Master Lao came to south Italy to visit our family and our famous Philosophical and Music school.
Master Lao and you had a good friendship and you could exchange west wisdom and east wisdom and knowledge about the secrets of music of the west and the east music tradition and also about the therapeutical possibilities about composing music.
And Master Lao said to me, „Myia, you are the best student of your Master beside Teano. You will see him again and he will compose for you…even in thousand years and also much later…“

I never forget Master Lao’s wise words. And I liked his secretary and master student playing the Gu zin music instrument. She taught me to play an Asian Monochord-looking-like-music-instrument (It had a lot of strings).
And she learned from me the European music instruments.

Palma, I can’t wait to get a new music score from you.
I love to play it and I know that you can feel if I am playing on my instrument, even I play it alone in my little room and no one, except your heart, is listening to me.

Oh, Palma!
I wish you a happy new year!
I hope to see and to hear you again after such a so long time.

Your Pigeon,
your yellow canary bird,
your Palmina Albina

PS: This year Student Heinrich Schütz is coming to Venice to study at Master Gabrieli. At the Epiphany feast he will come to listen at the San Marco Cathedral and I am looking forward to hear there your Aria „Benedictus“, which you composed for your Cousine Mihaela«

And after they saw this Peony Gondola Vision they continued their dream:

✮ ✮ ✮

Palma and Palmina took today at Christmas a short walk on the Island Isola di Santa Maria¹), which is behind the island Giudecca and not far.

02 picture picture - island Isola di Santa Maria in Venice.jpg

02 picture – island Isola di Santa Maria in Venice

Often they walked there to speak about art and music. Sometimes she gave concerts there with her lute.²)

Today is the Christmas feast and they wanted to be a little bit alone before the traditional feast will happen at night in the San Marco Cathedral and Palma’s »Sanctus in G, the Peony Gondola Song« will be sung and played there.

03 picture picture - historic view of Isola-della-Madonna-delle-Grazie-1.jpg

03 picture – historic view of Isola-della-Madonna-delle-Grazie-1

They walked at a green way, full of plants and trees, till they were at a silent place where an old, not used rest of a building was build a poetic corner with window in the broken wall.

»Palma?«
»Hm?«

»This is an interesting place. No one is here. It is so silent here…«, Palmina whispered.

04 picture - here at this little island Palma had the inspiration for his Painting L'Aspettazione.png
04 picture – here at this little island Palma had the inspiration for his Painting L’Aspettazione

Palma and Palmina sat down on parts of broken walls of the old building ruin to have a little rest.

Palmina took her lute and played beautifully. Behind her he saw the old wall of the old building and this inspires Palma.

Palma smiled and observed her. Now he is holding his lantern to give her also light.

05 picture - L'Aspettazione del parto di Maria Vergine by Palma il Giovane.png

05 picture – L’Aspettazione del parto di Maria Vergine by Palma il Giovane

Suddenly he was inspired to draw her.

Palmina understood: Palma has an inspiration moment.

He started to made drawings for a huge painting.

He saw the angels and the golden light from the heaven.
Palmina smiled and played on her lute.

06 picture - L'Aspettazione del parto di Maria Vergine by Palma il Giovane.png

He painted the animals beside the saint virgin.

07 picture - L'Aspettazione del parto di Maria Vergine by Palma il Giovane.png

07 picture – L’Aspettazione del parto di Maria Vergine by Palma il Giovane

Palma was inspired today on Christmas. The evening was coming slowly and the only light was from their lanterns and the shining evening stars over them in the free nature on this little island.
Palma painted and Palmina played.

As he finished the drawings Palmina asked »How is the name of your creation, Palma«

Palma wrote: »L’Aspettazione del parto di Maria Vergine« on his drawings.

»Oh beautiful, Palma. No one will ever paint such special moment of the live of the saint virgin. You are the only one painter who created this moment…this is short before midnight, around 23 p.m.!!!!«, Palmina said proud.

Palma smiled, because he feels that she understands his creativity and she inspired him.
Palmina smiled and Palma smiled also.
The golden light was again between them and they felt lucky to be together here on the silent place.

And after this painting session Palma and Palmina entered at 23 o’clock p.m. their Peony Gondola and took her way back to the San Marco Place, to be together with all the other to celebrated the feast of this day and to listen the »Peony Gondola Song«.

The Gondola moved like usual the small way between the Giudecca island on the left side, and the Giorgio Maggiore Island on the right side.
straight ahead is the San Marco Place visible now.
During they moved with the Peony Gondola they heard the Peony Gondola Song in their hearts and Palmina is holding Palma’s right hand and Palma could feel it and he smiled.

»SANTA MARIA DELLA GRAZIA or La Grazia is an artificial island of the Venetian lagoon, northern Italy, which lies between the Giudecca and San Clemente.
In 2016 the island was sold to a private company from Treviso, Giesse Investimenti s.r.l., to host a new resort.
History
Santa Maria della Grazia rose during the Middle Ages in the place where Venice’s rubble was discarded. The island takes its name from a supposedly miraculous Madonna which was on display in its former church. In 1264 there was a home for pilgrims to the Holy Land; later it was transformed into a convent.²) «

305. Concert Announcement

305. Concert Announcement

01 Palazzo Ducale in Venice.jpg

picture 01 – Morning view San Marco Place

And after they flew with their Peony Gondola along the surface of Planet Mars they continued to communicate with each other as they walked the next morning at the San Marco Place:

»Yesterday the concert in our Palazzo Ducale… it was so beautiful, Palmina… because you played there and because you played my composition, the Lute Solo of the Image Thunder. You are the best Lute player of our Republic, Palmina! I am so glad that you are back on your position…«

02.jpg

picture 02

And Palmina walked side by side with Palma in this beautiful early morning.
2 Pigeons came flying over their head and landed on the famous place.
The sun will rise in a few minutes and the eastern heaven is slowly getting brighter and brighter, and more and more yellow gold.

Palmina had fresh warm, white, fine, round little breads in her basked and she looked so nice.

*) Here in the 16th century there was a little church in front of the San Marco cathedral.
»Oh, thank you Palma, I have to thank you that you helped me to get my position as 1st Lute player back in the Republic of Venice, after I was 3 years abroad on my concert tour…«

* * *

And as they saw this Peony Gondola Vision they suddenly heard a music which Palmina performed very beautifully like that:
VIDEO: (Morning Walk on the San Marco Place before sunrise) https://youtu.be/sAKQbs_3ls0

»You play so beautiful, Palmina…«

Palmina looked into Palma’s eyes to read in his heart.
Never he looked so directly into her eyes.

Palmina touched Palma’s right hand and Palma could feel it and smiled.
Now they continued to see their Peony Gondola Dream and they saw this:

* * *

The went under the arcades and are holding hands and are thinking about earlier days without saying a word.

04 Piazza San Marco.jpg
picture 04

»Oh, you are really the best Lute player! Ok, it was for us not easy that you went so long on your concert tour…
The people here in Venice listened to other artists and Lute solists, which are not so perfect like you, Palmina…«

picture 05

Slowly they went along the arcades till they were at this place directly in front of the San Marco Cathedral. In earlier centuries there was a little church*) in which Palma and Palmina went also often in the morning to lit a candle and to see each other or to meet each other. Today this church is not there any more.

Palmina smiled and she took Palma’s arm to walk side by side in the morning with him.
Smiling she took a fresh white fine and warm little bread from her basked and gave it to him. He smiled and took slowly her bread and sniffed on it and looked over it with his eyes into Palmina’s eyes and Palmina smiled now also stronger.

07 Piazza.San.Marco.original.18418.jpg

Palmina sniffed now also on the bread and they remembered the early time and their morning secret meetings in the little street »Calle de la Pieta« where their secret deep love started very long time ago.

08 San Marco Cathedral in Venice.jpg

Now as they walked into the direction of the San Marco Cathedral, they heard a little choir doing a rehearsal in the Cathedral.

»Who are they?«, Palma asked.

Palma knows all the choirs in Venice. These voices he do not know. – they are brilliant They must come from outside.
Palma il Giovane knows about all music and cultural activities in Venice.

Master Gabrieli wants to send the music student Heinrich Schütz ¹) to Palma to make practical at the Venice Art Gallery and to see how good he is for a professional study of music and composition at Choir Master Gabrieli ²) for the next years in Venice.

»It’s a fine girls choir…«, Palmina said.

And after a while they saw an announcement.

»Oh, Look, Palma..Look, Palma they are send by emperor Rudolf II, who ordered paintings from you for his art collection in Prague! Oh, Look they will perform a few compositions from you here in Venice, here in the most famous church of the city.«

»Palma, they are making a concert with your compositions…Wooooh“«

Palmina jumped on the floor like a little girl full of joy.

»And now we can see the famous paintings by Giacomo Palma il Giovane…«

And the honour guests of the Republic of Venice could now see the huge paintings of Giacomo Palma il Giovane.

»Can I have an autograph, please Maestro Diacomo…«

»Oh, Giacomo with G… my Name starts with a G.«, Palma said and gave some autographs to the interested people.

And they looked now at the paintings of G – iacomo Palma il Giovane:

And after they saw this beautiful Peony Gondola Vision at 23 o clock p.m. Palma said:
»Palmina?«

»Hm?«

»Today, a bird sung so beautiful this morning as I looked out of the window…

»Yes, I know, this bird sung to bring you my message: I send you today to your name day my best wishes…
Your name starts with G. Your name is G….«

And Palma took Palmina’s hands and kissed them.
»Oh, thank you my Pigeon….
So talented hands…

And Palmina smiled and it felt for her if she is surrounded by hundreds of peony flowers and said sweet:

»Oh, Palma…, my Palma, my painter, my composer, did you wrote a copy of your new »Golden Light« creation?«

And Palma continued to kiss tender and soft her talented hands to heal her and with one hand he took his music score beside the soft Peony Gondola seat and gave her the music score.

And Palmina smiled much stronger and much happier.

»Woooh, so fast…the whole music score !!!
Oh, Thank you Palma!…«

»…I have to thank you that you played so beautiful in the Palazzo Ducale…

Not only this evening! Also all the years as I was painting in the Palazzo Ducale at the huge paintings there.

Your Lute music made me so strong and inspired and you brought me allways fresh bread and food from the kitchen of the Palazzo Ducale.

My paintings would not have this success if there was not your music playing directly to my heart, Palmina«

Palmina smiled and was lucky about this friendly words.

Yes Palmina supported Palma secretly with her talent only a few musicians have developed.

The most only play on their instrument, but Palmina radiates golden light.
Palmina hugged Palma smiling and gave him a tender cheek kiss.

301. Palma’s drawing inspiration during music listening

301. Palma’s drawing inspiration during music listening

»Heaven, yes heaven! I have to paint here over the main painting of this San Saba Chapel a scene from heaven….«

Now Palma felt inspired to draw an inspiration on a paper.
He lit his lantern and some candles he used to paint at evening there in the church.

Palmina could feel that he is inspired and started to support him with playing on her lutes.

picture 1 - Palma's inspiration fast drawing about the HEAVEN for the San Saba Chapel at Chiesa Sant' Antonin Venice.jpg

picture 1 – Palma’s inspiration fast drawing about the HEAVEN for the San Saba Chapel at Chiesa Sant‘ Antonin in Venice

»Yes, this will be in the middle above in the half circled painting…«, Palma whispering into Palmina’s ear.

They are completely alone in this Church San Antonin in Venice.
And no one could see what they are doing up there on the wide scaffolding under the half-circled window.

Palmina smiled and looked what Palma had created.
She tries to understand how the painting should look like if it is complete.

»This is only a section of the painting…the middle part…here… this should be there«.
Palma stood up and went carefully to the position where the painting should be.

Now Palmina understood also that Palma will paint this year longer in the chapel because he wants to draw the heaven he saw now in the vision.

»Woooh, so great…and, and… here you painted a Saint Spirit Pigeon!!! Isn’t it Palma?«

»Yes, my Pigeon. The Pigeon which brings the saint spirit! And here I will paint the saint Pigeon and the saint Pigeon only we both can see if we are here at the scaffolding and no one who stands down on earth, if the scaffolding is removed will see our saint spirit pigeon. Pssst. (only if a pigeon or angels lands out there at the window she can see the painted saint spirit pigeon) This Is Our secret, Pssst…«, Palma whispered and he looked at his drawing and he was holding the lantern a little bit nearer to see it better.

Palmina lifted also her lantern and looked interested. Both were sitting on their knees and looking at the place in the huge half circle where the painting in orange colours, the colour of enlightenment and heaven will be painted soon by the well known Palma il Giovane.

picture 2 - black white fotograph of Palma's inspiration fast drawing about the HEAVEN for the San Saba Chapel at Chiesa Sant' Antonin Venice.jpg

picture 2 – black white photograph of Palma’s inspiration fast drawing about the HEAVEN for the San Saba Chapel at Chiesa Sant‘ Antonin Venice

So this means every evening when Palmina finished her evening concert in the Doge’s Palace where she plays a Lute solo for the international honour guests of the Republic of Venice, she can walk directly her way to the Chiesa Sant‘ Antonin where Palma is the whole day working on the big paintings of the San Saba chapel (on his huge confortable scaffolding).

Yes, this she realized without saying a word and she smiled very strong.
She looked shy on the wooden floor of the scaffolding then she looked up to Palma without moving her head.

picture 3 - Overview - »Campo Bandiera et Moro« (Palmina's Home), Chiesa »San Antonin« (Palma's paintings), The Atelier at the Fondamenta di Furlani and the »Scuola«.png

picture 3 – Overview – »Campo Bandiera e Moro« (Palmina’s Home), Chiesa »San Antonin« (Palma’s paintings), The Atelier at the Fondamenta di Furlani (where Palma also painted Palmina as model) and the »Scuola«

»I will be there every time I have time after the concert Palma…«, she told him with her heart.

And they thanked the heaven for all that art inspirations in music and painting and they thanked the Saint Virgin, they thanked Santa Lucia who send the saint of music into Palma’s difficult live.
And suddenly Palma had a great idea that her father would not be angry because Palma is painting so long in the near area of Palma’s flat at the baker’s shop.

picture 4 - Palma's fast drawing (right side up) on a paper which has still a painting on it. It was the first inspiration for the painting »Miracolo del fornaio«- Palma il Giovane (1593).jpg

»Look, I paint the Saint Saba here. The Miracle which happened at your bakery shop long ago…«

Palma drew fast and he used a drawing on which  he drew the saint virgin with her baby for an other painting.
He painted the scene of the »Miracolo del fornaio«
Palmina started again to play for him and he saw the whole painting like that in a vision.

After the tradition of Master Titian the painting has to be painted only in white colours and later the colours are painted on that white oil painting.

Palma smiled during he was drawing and she could also see in a vision with Palma that Palma will use Palmina’s father as model for the painting (the baker at left)

picture 5 – black white photograph of painting »Miracolo del fornaio«- Palma il Giovane (1593), left wall in the San Saba Chapel

Palmina understood also that if the Syrian pilgrims will came to Venice very often, the bakery shop will get a big business in the future and Palmina’s father will do nothing against this painting art project.
Also the Republic of Venice wants to have the saint bones of San Saba here in Venice if the miracle is documented and painted by the famous painter Palma il Giovane of Venice.

»Oh, my Pigeon you are inspiring me so much, my Santa Cecilia, my Pigeon, my yellow canary bird…«, Palma whispered into Palmina’s ear

»Oh, Palma I love to play your music creations.
My composer, my writer, my painter…«, Palmina whispered Palma in his ear.

269. Fly me to Planet Mars

As Palma and Palmina saw this Peony Gondola vision Palmina said to Palma:
»You played this Mandolin solo so beautiful for me…
Palma, thank you so much!«

Palma was lucky that Palmina was lucky about this composition.
»You composed it as if it is also dedicated to the saint Virgin isn’t it? Maybe as if it is also dedicated to the saint Lucy or the Saint Virgin Mary, the Guan Yin of the West. It is like an Ave Maria, so beautiful…«

Palma smiled and was lucky that Palmina liked his dedication.

»You should write a version as Ave Maria, Palma, a lot of women will love it to hear it on their most beautiful day in their live: The day of their marriage…«

Palma observed Palmina’s eyes and said:

»Palmina?«
»Hm?«

»I can feel that you have a special wish…Hm?
..Don’t you want me to fly with you to Planet Mars with our Peony Gondola.«

Palmina smiled shy as if she wants to say »YES!« to Palma.

Palma smiled and the Peony Gondola moved up to the stars and flew directly to Planet Mars.

During the soft movement of the Gondola a little prise of wind moved their hairs and they looked wondering around and saw how little our Planet earth looked behind them.

Palmina smiled and said »Woooh. So fast…We are really moving to Planet Mars?«

»Yes, but we are arriving there in a moment where my Uncle is exploring this Planet…«

»Your Uncle on Planet Mars?«

And they looked at the slowly nearer and nearer coming surface of the red orange Planet Mars. Now they are surrounding the Planet along the Equator and they are entering the Mars shadow. For a while it was dark, only the stars shined and now they saw the first sunrise in Rubin-Red colour as a thin red unfinished circle.

Now they flew along the Equator of Planet Mars down to the Planet. Soon a big crater was visible called »Schiaparelli Crater«. Slowly it came nearer and nearer.

»We are flying exactly along the 0° Line of the Equator which is passing the big Schiaparelli Crater«.

And Palmina looked like an innocent Pigeon and opened and closed her eyes several times and she saw that there was also a little crater in the big Crater along the Equator.
As the Peony Gondola came nearer and nearer to the little crater they could see some mountains who are looking like huge ancient buildings of an old historic period.

»Look…«, Palmina said and pointed to a mountain which looked like a special form of an old pyramid or an old Maya temple with their typical high steps.

Palma smiled and put his finger to her mouth tender and made »Sssshh!«; this to show her not to talk to anybody about these secrets.

Palmina smiled and nodded innocently like saying »Ok.«

After they overflew the little crater they entered the big Schiaparelli Crater and a wide landscape opened in front of their eyes.

The Peony Gondola moved now slowly to the right side and flew slowly down to the surface of the Martian Dessert.

»Oh, Palma, look! What is there…? Look, a big silver vehicle is moving down there?«

»Ehm…yes, well… that’s him…«

»Him, you mean inside this moving silver building this is ‚him‘, you mean your Uncle…«

»Yes, Palmina he is inside this silver big bus.«

»Oh, what is a bus?«

»A Bus is a vehicle that can move without horses, like a ship without water, you know…«

»Oh, this is a bus. Fantastic it is moving…«

During the Gondola is coming nearer and nearer Palmina pointed to the silver bus and asked:
»Is he alone here?«

»No he is together with his scientific colleague, a physician. Together they are exploring the Mars. Uncle is watching the stars from his little observatory at the end of the bus and he is in connection with the earth station, and his colleague is collecting and sorting all Mars Material. They are the first men on Mars together with the team of other 18 man who brought them there on Mars«

»20 Man on Mars, all hero…Palma, they do not have any women?«

Palma smiled and answered:

»I will write down the whole story for children ¹)
..so you can read it later…Look there they are looking through a tiny long small window…«

And Palma and Palmina waved to them smiling.

And Uncle Vily said suddenly to his colleague: »Look a Gondola from Venice here on Mars…That’s not possible. Its a dream!«

»Oh, we are dreaming now the same dream – I see also a Gondola 1 Meter over the surface of Mars. And inside a man from the 16th century and a beautiful girl with a white yellow cloth and a lute in her hands – maybe an angel!

Do you think we got to much medicine and this is not real, Vily?«

»No, this is a high dimension encounter. They are travelling through an other time and space dimension! Isn’t that the famous painter Palma il Giovane from Venice?«

»…Than she is maybe his ‚big inspiration‘ send from the heaven from Saint Lucy – Palmina Albina – She inspires him to big artworks and to big music composing…«

»Yes, it might be…oh fine…«

»Oh Palma, they seems to know us. In which century we are now?«

»Psst, a secret – Yes, we did time travel but we are not allowed to change things going on in the future or in the past…
By the way: My painting student Ludevit from Prague is painting the Mars surface very authentic…« and he will write also about by uncle and his friend and colleges…«

* * *

And during they saw this Peony Gondola Vision they heard this music and Palmina put again her head on Palma’s side and Palma kissed Palmina’s head and smiled.

»My Palmina…«, Palma smiled.

»My Palma…«, Palmina smiled.
And the music was like this:

Palma could feel the music Palmina played on her Lute for him.

Palma smiled. He heard her playing in his inner heart.

* * *

As they saw this Peony Gondola Vision Palmina asked: „What did you do after I played this Melody? Hmm Palma?“

Palma looked shy and answered: “ I…I…I heard that you played an other Melody after you Played our ‚I miss you melody…and then…“

Palma was shy.
Palmina smiled and asked:“ Hmmm? What did you do in our Peony Gondola hour after I played the melody….Hmmmm?“

„Later, I went to the San Marco Place…“, Palma said and they continued to see their Peony Gondola dream and they saw this:

Palma went in the direction of the San Marco Place, but he has to turn left and go then a while a short way along the big Promenade ‚Riva di Siavoni‘ till he arrived on San Marco Place.

He went a few time along the San Marco Place to see the two Pigeons.

But now he felt that Palmina’s ship is coming.

He went back to the water side of the San Marco Place to look if Palmina’s Ship is visible.

The moon made a bright light over Venice and the stars shined friendly.
The lagoon water was calm and the reflection of the moon and the stars looked peacefully.

Palmina went up to see the calm sea on her ship, to fell the soft wind in her beautiful hairs, to see Venice slowly coming.
She played very beautiful on her lute and smiled.

Slowly the horizon turned brighter and in a while the sun will rise over the sea.

Normally the ships coming from outside had to wait up to 40 days in the 16th century till they where allowed to enter the lagoon water of Venice.

But Palma il Giovane could arrange it that the ship which was on his way to Venice could pass without any waiting.
Maybe the Republic of Venice knows also who Palmina’s relatives were and the ship and its passengers were threat as V.I.P.s.

The officers looked surprised as the ship passed the control-harbour near todays „Lido“

„Oh, Look a princess is lute playing… This is the V.I.P. ship we should allow passing and entering the waters of Venice“ –

„How beautiful she plays…“

The Officers looked wondering and looked behind the slowly moving ship.

* * *

Palma standing on the San Marco Place looked expecting in the East direction and played on his Mandolin.

Palmina played coming with her ship – Palma played waiting with his Mandolin – and the are now coming closer and closer – in their hearts there is no physical distance

Slowly, far on the east-south horizon the sun raised bright and the ship of Palmina was visible.

A few birds flew at the morning sky.

In a few minutes the ship will stand directly on the left side of the left column at the San Marco Place.
Palma smiled and played his Mandolin.

* * *

As they saw this beautiful Peony Gondola Vision Palmina took her Pipa Lute and Palma took his Viola da braccio.

„Let us play our ‚8 Soli for Pipa and Viola'“, Palmina said innocently.

262. Palma’s Gondolieri musicians

262. Palma’s Gondolieri musicians

picture – Giudecca at evening in Venice

»You are right, Palma«, Palmina said proud, »no one can take this Venice in our hearts away from us…«

They hold their hands and went slowly in the soft evening which was slowly coming and the light of the sky turned colourful inspiring.

Colours which can be important for a painter…

* * *

Palma had an idea and took some music score he composed and without any explanation the Peony Gondola moved for a short while 300 or 400 years in the future.
Palma saw a few musicians playing something and wrote down the music making a copy.

After that the Peony Gondola moved back to the 16th century at this romantic special evening walk at Giudecca.

And they continued to dream and they saw this:

* * *
During Palma and Palmina walked in the south direction they saw a few Gondolieri sitting on the street with their music instruments.

Palma said to Palmina:»Wait here, Palmina. I have a surprise for you…«

Palmina looked shy and waited.

Palma went to the 5 musicians and asked them something whispering.

„Can you play this music?“

„Fa bene Signore, as you will, we can play your composition.
For your bella Signorina, hmmm?“, said one of the Gondoliers.

Palma smiled and the musicians took the music sheets and they started to play Palma’s composition which he played for Palmina once as Mandolin solo being with her alone in the Peony Gondola.

Palmina looked smiling surprised and listened.

»Oh, Palma. My Palma, my composer and painter. Such a nice surprise.«, Palmina said with her fine soft voice.

And now Palma gave the musicians the music score from music which is from the time 300 or 400 years later.

»Oh, what’s that…«
The musicians looked surprised a little bit desperate but finally they found orientation in the music score.

»Hm, never played such music…Ok, let’s try this…
From where did you get this music score…?
…fa bene (ok), lets try it“

And the 5 Gondolieri started to play this with their music instruments (Mandolin, Violin, Viola da braccio, Mandola, Lute)
And is was like that:

* * *

During they saw this Peony Gondola Vision Palmina said:»Oh, Palma what a music surprise. This is the music we will hear in 300 or 400 years if we meet us again…
Thank you for this beautiful music surprise to me….«

»Yes, a little thank you that you played my compositions for me. You remember the 8 Soli for your instrument, 40 minutes of music….«

»Oh, yes I remember, a few years ago, the Spring Melody in the solo Nr. 4…«

As they listened this music Palmina put her head on Palma’s side and the Peony Gondola started to move along the side of Giudecca island where they made their evening walks and then the Peony Gondola took off to flew soft and slow under the evening sky of Venice.

They saw all the beauty of Venice in these moments.

Palma smiled and Palmina smiled.

Since Palmina read Palma’s love letter Nr. 261 short before 11 p.m. yesterday, both are feeling a warm light in their hearts.

Yes, the Peony Gondola connects them beyond time and space.
